Les has over 25 years of experience in developing and managing consumer-facing IT projects across a broad range of technologies and industries. He is passionate about delivering meaningful bottom line business results for his clients through superior eCommerce solutions. He has deep experience in B2C/B2B eCommerce, CRM, Interactive Marketing, and Call Center applications with a specialization in Program Management and Agile delivery. He brings to his clients a combination of consulting and corporate background with the ability to think strategically, contribute to business direction, identify innovative solutions, and then drive these to successful implementation in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Les has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
