Holly is a Marketing Technology Strategist experienced in architecting end-to-end solutions to support CRM program execution and highly personalized, 1:1 customer experiences. She partners closely with Marketing and Technology teams to stand up new integrations and manage the execution of Omnichannel marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels. Sitting between Tech and Marketing gives her a unique understanding of each organizational function’s needs and allows her to lead the team in implementing customized solutions that meet the client’s overarching business objectives. Holly has experience leading data and technology-related initiatives in Corporate Marketing, CRM and Loyalty settings across various industries, including retail, healthcare, automotive, casual dining and credit services. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal Poly University.
