      Provide an engaging mobile experience for consumers across all devices. The solution must enforce all of the Spring business rules without breaking the bank.

      SOLUTION

      The SpringRewards app enables consumers on the go to find the nearest Spring Network places and offers. Maps show nearby businesses, and searches yield offers and deals that allow consumers to save money or explore new places. HS2 designed the mobile experience, did the visual design, developed special mobile-optimized web services and developed a high-performing hybrid solution which runs on iOS and Android.

      RESULTS

      SpringRewards app users are Spring’s most engaged customers. The SpringRewards app is the fastest way to find local places and claim offers.

  • Case Study: Spring Rewards Enterprise Applications
    • CHALLENGE

      Provide an agnostic solution for other companies to be able to utilize the robust Spring Rewards platform for their own rewards solution, on their own website, while utilizing the secure back-end platform.

      SOLUTION

      The Spring Rewards Enterprise app supports a business model that allows Spring to power a reward program solution for enterprise customers who wish to use their own branding. The solution allows the enterprise to offer a branded rewards program to their customers without a lot of internal development.

      RESULTS

      Spring has successfully onboarded several enterprise companies that utilize the Spring Rewards platform on their own websites. This solution has proven to be ideal for providing a rewards program to large-scale enterprises.

  • Case Study: Spring Rewards Automated Email and SMS
    • CHALLENGE

      Provide automated email and SMS real-time notifications for transactions.

      SOLUTION

      Utilizing Amazon Simple Notification Services (SNS) and Twilio for email and SMS, HS2 was able to build a sophisticated notification system that provides real-time data to customers immediately upon using their registered VISA, American Express or MasterCard credit or debit card.

      RESULTS

      Spring Rewards members get instant notification on the redemption of offers, earning of rewards progress or earning of rewards.

    • CHALLENGE

      Design and build a responsive, scalable, mobile-optimized ecommerce website that supports a brand new network-based business model.

      SOLUTION

      Working with Spring’s founders and applying our 20-plus years of experience of developing solutions using proven and intelligent agile methodologies, HS2 took SpringRewards.com from a concept to a fully operational business in six months. HS2’s team wrote requirements, designed interactions, did visual design, coded front- and back-end technologies and deployed a scalable, secure, cloud-hosted solution. Integrations with SalesForce, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and a host of other providers were planned, designed and brought to completion.

      RESULTS

      SpringRewards.com is a network of thousands of locations providing rewards or incentives that consumers can link to an enrolled credit or debit card. Several hundred thousand U.S. consumers have signed up in the first 24 months.

  • Case Study: Native iOS Tablet Enrollment Application
    • CHALLENGE

      Design and build a remotely configurable, easy-to-use and highly secure application that allows Spring Merchants to enroll members and their credit or debit cards into the Spring Network.

      SOLUTION

      The Spring Tablet is a native iOS app that is fully skinnable and remotely configurable. Configuration allows merchants to customize enrollment data collected. Using ID-Tech swiper technology, credit or debit card data is hardware-encrypted and enrolled securely at Spring’s data center even when an Internet connection is unavailable. A complete analytics solution provides detailed, real-time monitoring of tablet field performance and usage.

      RESULTS

      Several hundred thousand consumers have enrolled in rewards programs using this tablet technology. Spring deploys and remotely manages hundreds of tablets on behalf of its customers.
