Keith Schwartz

Founder, Employer Solutions

Keith Schwartz is co-founder of HS2 Solutions and oversees the Employer Solutions practice. Keith has over 20 years of technology development, benefits administration, and business consulting experience. His unique combination of application development experience and business insight has helped him assist a variety of organizations achieve sustainable operational improvements utilizing breakthrough applications in a variety of functional domains including benefits, payroll, human resources, eCommerce, business intelligence, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Keith helps his clients develop technology strategies, manage complex programs, and develop innovative solutions.

Prior to founding HS2, Keith held a number of executive positions at XOR and Seurat, including Midwest Regional Manager, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Client Services. Keith also co-founded Hollyer & Schwartz, Inc., a custom software development company. During this time, Keith built a variety of software products, including Pension Administration systems, Content Management solutions, and eCommerce sites. He helped grow the business to 100 employees and $10M in revenue before it was acquired by Frontenac Partners as XOR and later, Seurat. Keith began his career at Hewitt Associates where he led the development of Defined Benefit Applications for North America.

HS2 is Keith’s second venture with partner Phil Hollyer. He holds a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
