Phil Hollyer is co-founder of HS2 Solutions and oversees the Consumer Solutions practice. Phil has over 20 years of experience driving measureable results in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and eBusiness using a combination of Internet technologies and Digital Marketing strategies. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies and startups in a broad array of industries, including retail, QSR, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, employee benefits, and technology. Phil helps companies adopt new internet technologies in the pursuit of improved results and the realization of the potential of seamlessly integrated Digital Marketing strategies and eBusiness.

Phil previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer for Seurat, a $50M precision marketing outsourcing company. Prior to that, Phil was Senior Vice President of Application Development for XOR, a full-service eBusiness provider. Phil began his career as Vice President of Product Development and Chief Architect at Ann Arbor Software, where he was responsible for user experience and software development in the nascent shrink-wraped PC software industry in the late 1980s.

HS2 is Phil’s second company with partner Keith Schwartz. Phil and Keith sold their first company to Frontenac Partners, a Chicago-based venture capital firm in 1999. Phil received a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
