Don Eggert
Process Re-Engineering Practice Lead, Employer Solutions
Don Eggert has been a senior member of HS2 Solutions since its inception and oversees process reengineering. Don has over 30 years of benefit employee administration experience and is especially adept in using contemporary technology and enhanced processes to design, develop, and deliver profitable software-based services.
Don’s previous experience includes working for Seurat to design and document a Project Management methodology for a major employee benefit outsourcing firm. Prior to this work, Don was hired by Merrill Lynch / Howard Johnson to manage the Midwest Professional Center, which provided Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Health & Welfare plan recordkeeping services for multiple client organizations. The center’s total annual revenue was $22M. Don began his career as a partner with Hewitt Associates where he served on the FlexSystem implementation team and managed the FlexSystem PC service. In addition, Don also designed and developed one of Hewitt’s first Pension Calculation systems that was in operation for 19 years.
Don has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bradley University and a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
