HS2 is a development partner for Microsoft subsidiary, Tellme Networks. More than 40 million people use speech applications on Tellme’s network each month to reach the people, businesses, and information they need on the phone and on the go. One specific case study involves working with Tellme Networks on a large-scale, centralized order-taking initiative for a Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) customer. HS2 developed a web-based call center application and backend API set that was tightly integrated with Tellme’s leading speech IVR platform. The user interface for the application was highly optimized to reduce Average Handle Times (AHT) and included revenue-driving features that incorporated product cross-sell and order conversion, such as best-fit coupons. The call center application and IVR are multi-lingual and run in multiple call centers spanning the globe.
