Ceridian engaged HS2 to identify system and process improvements that would reduce implementation cycle time and costs in their core HR\Payroll business. These processes on-board hundreds of new clients each year to Ceridian’s flagship HR\Payroll web-based products. Business cases for all recommendations were prepared, vetted, and approved by senior management with anticipated annual, recurring savings of $3M+. HS2 was engaged to co-manage and serve as development partner on the implementation of several initiatives that spanned the domains of software configuration, data conversion and testing automation, test methodology development, and application deployment.
