HS2 was engaged to convert all of Aon’s flexible spending account administration clients from a legacy mainframe system to a new, web-based application. HS2’s scope of work included conversion process design, project management, requirements definition, system configuration, data conversion, data interface development, QA, and post-conversion support. Over 50 separate clients were converted during a nine-month period, on schedule and without service interruptions. HS2’s automated data reconciliation processes provided validation of 100% of the migrated data and ensured a flawless conversion. As a result, Aon’s clients have access to a single, web portal for self-service administration for claims entry and transactions, including debit card providers.
